NCCD Information Sheet for Parents, Carers and Guardians

Attached is a document from the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV) about the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with a disability (NCCD). This is to inform parents of students who are receiving adjustments and accommodations at school because of a medical condition or disability, that we will be using the names of students in this data submitted to the CECV.
